2019-10-14 Returned after a couple of years away (got Lasik surgery and was covered there for a year) and was happy to have the same focused, patient service I remembered. Dr. McPartland is very sympathetic with issues and concerns and takes the time to explain and answer questions. My only concern was with the chaotic waiting room before I got to see him. Between the kids, a odd video on the tv, and the staff, it was really noisy. But when I got back out from my exam, it was all calm and quiet.

I was needing some new prescription sunglasses and was not sure if my current glasses were still good. After a very thorough exam and lots of questions, I was given a paper with my prescriptions (which I had never had before). I then picked out sunglasses with their help and I couldn't be happier. I was pleasantly surprised at the extra time they took to let me ask all of the questions I had, and the detailed and thoughtful answers was a stark contrast from other experiences I've had at other locations that left me feeling like I was being rushed along. 2011-10-07 I had my annual eye appointment made for Thursday. That morning the receptionist called me and let me know that she had checked with my insurance and found the visit wouldn't be covered until January.
